TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Math4Severy1 and thanks for visiting. By engaging in services, you are agreeing to these terms. So please read them carefully.

Payment

Sessions can be 30 minutes ($20), 45 minutes ($30), or 60 minutes ($40).  Frequency of sessions is up to the client. Sessions will be paid for in advance using PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check at the agreed upon price.

Communication

I may send you announcements and other important information via email. It is important that you check your email between each session to review what we did last time and the assignments for next time.  

Cancellations

For cancellations with more than 24hour notice, the session may be eligible for a full refund.

For cancellations with less than 24hour notice, half of the pre-paid lesson will be refunded.

If I need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.

Accountability

If you don't try, I can't help you.  If you are under 18, a parent/guardian will be kept up-to-date with your progress.

You may choose to end services at any time without penalty.  See Cancellations above for notifications under 24hours.
